Damaged or Defective Items In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at caltcg26@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.
Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and processed.
